My name is Denise Richardson. I speak both English and Italian. With a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in International Medicine I continued to develop my knowledge and skills in counselling psychology. Over the years, I’ve been working with individuals overcoming issues such as negative self-talk, low self-esteem, , substance misuse, challenging irrational beliefs, anxiety, bereavement, career and work related issues and development.

All fees are benchmarked against other similarly trained counsellors, trainers and therapists. The fee is calculated based on a 50-minute session to be paid in advance of each session.

As with all professionals in the therapy and training sector, Denise Richardson requires notice of cancellations in order to avoid a charge.

The cancellation policy is 48 hours for the both initial appointment, and ongoing sessions.

Pricing for Counselling/Supervision/Coaching:

  • 30 min. Video Session (Individual) £30.00

  • 50 min. Video Session (Individual) – £50.00

  • 30 min. Video Session (Group 2pp) – £60.00

  • 50 min. Video Session (Group 2pp) – £90.00

Written exchanges (One A4 page x exchange) £ 30.00

Concessions are available and welcome requests.
